Lake Raynagua
Residents can enjoy fishing Bass, Catfish, Crappie, Bluegill and Bream out of the 40-acre Lake Raynagua by either boat, bank or pier. The scenic lake provides a serene setting and can be accessed via a boat launch next to the clubhouse. For more information, please refer to the Lake Raynagua page.
Clubhouse
Perfect for birthday parties and family events, the Lakeland Clubhouse, located at 25815 Lakeland Drive, offers a spacious area for entertaining and socializing. The venue has a well-equipped kitchen and a large carpeted and tiled great room with views of Lake Raynagua. Guests can enjoy an afternoon on the clubhouse’s front patio or relax on the pier. Chairs and tables are included with clubhouse rental. The daily rental fee is $150.00 and the refundable security deposit is $100.00. For more information, please refer to the Clubhouse page.
Pool
Residents can cool off from the summer heat at the community pool, or relax in the lounge chairs on the pool deck. Men’s and Women’s restrooms feature full facilities, including showers. For more information, refer to the Pool page.
