ARB – Architecture Review Board
The ARB has many responsibilities among them is the oversight of approving the addition of any structure or modification of any existing structure on a lot. This includes storage sheds. Landscaping approval is also included. On June 20, 2009 the BOD grandfathered in all existing fences, structures and Sheds. All applications must be sent to our Administrator for processing.

Maintenance
The Board of Directors is searching for anyone with special skills who can assist on the Maintenance Committee. Anyone interested should contact a Board member.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse is available for rent by homeowners who are current on their HOA dues.
Rental Fees:
$100 Daily Rental Fee
$150 Security/Cleaning Deposit

Pool
Exclusive pool access does not come with the rental of the Clubhouse.
The pool is open for the season.
